A Definite Difference from my usual cheap 1/8" End Mills.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
'' Bought this 1/8" End Mill for cutting parts out of 6061T6 Aluminum on my 3040T CEST CNC Router with an aqueous lubricant mist. First tests(video attached) shows that it seems to work very well with the fairly conservative set of parameters used: RPM 10000, Travel Feedrate 260mm/min, Depth/pass 0.33mm, Plunge Feedrate 30mm/min, Plunge Angle 10 degrees. Top edge of cut was very smooth & finger safe. Bottom of cut was also smooth, so it should do well for pocketing without a lot of finishing work. Hope it wears well and lasts long!!!''
